Vehicle Assaulters Course

The LMS Defense Vehicle Assaulters Course will give responding patrol officers and tactical team members the tools they need to apprehend or neutralize subjects in a common scenario faced during law enforcement and military operations: occupied suspicious vehicles and/or barricaded subjects in and around vehicles. During this class the student will learn and demonstrate the skills required excel in this high risk environment. Subjects covered include vehicle type considerations, operator areas of responsibility, perimeters and approaches, assault configurations, patrol team assaults vs tactical team assaults, vehicle disabling techniques, searches from the exterior, confined space hostage rescue, assault planning, and vehicle preparations. 


Duration: 2 days

Prerequisites: This course is open to law enforcement, security professionals and military personnel only. Students should come prepared to demonstrate precision shooting skills.
