  • Business attire w/ blazer and tie for all 7 days
  • Casual Civilian clothes for all 7 days (think multi-use clothing)
  • PT Gear and running shoes
  • Handgun with 3 magazines and holster/mag pouches (available for rental)
  • Carbine with 4 magazines and sling / mag pouches (available for rental)
  • 100 rounds of handgun ammunition
  • 600 rounds of carbine ammunition
  • Shotgun and ammunition is included in course tuition
  • Eye and ear protection
  • Concealed Weapons Permit (optional) ***If you do not have a valid concealed weapon permit, you will need to contact us to arrange for a plastic training gun and concealable holster for the public training exercises.
  • Surefire or like flashlight
  • Cell Phone
  • Pen and notebook
  • Laptop and digital camera (optional but recommended)

Dignitary Protection Course Phase Two

The LMS Defense Dignitary Protection Course Phase Two will build on the student’s experiences and training during Phase One.  This intermediate level training includes counter surveillance, advances, risk assessments and route surveys, mission planning and briefs, high risk and low profile motorcade operations, arrivals and departures, high risk and low profile protective formations, protection driving (intermediate), protection combatives, protection shooting (carbine and shotgun), posts and patrols, leadership, and client relations / cultural awareness. This course will include several real-time training exercises.

 Phase Two is intended to be taken as part of our three phase program.

Tuition for this course includes hotel lodging.


Duration: 7 Days

Prerequisites: Basic firearms training from a respected training provider, successful completion of Dignitary Protection Course Phase One (or equivilant), valid driver license and common sense.
