·      Handgun with 3 magazines, holster and mag pouches

·      Zeroed carbine with 5 magazines, mounted white light, sling and mag pouches

·      100 rounds handgun ammunition

·      500 rounds carbine ammunition

·      Hand held white light

·      Level III body armor

·      Ballistic and/or bump helmet with NV mount

·      Medical kit worn on the body with tourniquet, pressure bandage and NPA

·      Night vision device capable of being mounted on the helmet w/ all necessary mounting hardware (a limited number of “loaners” are available on an as-needed basis)

·      Carbine mountable IR laser pointer or pointer / illuminator combo w/ all necessary mounting hardware (a limited number of “loaners” are available on an as-needed basis)

·      Carbine mountable IR flashlight or filter for carbine mounted white light

·      Eye and ear protection

·      Nomex gloves

·      Hat or other headgear

·      Weather appropriate clothing

The LMS Defense Low Light / No Light Operations Course is designed to train armed professionals in the effective integrated deployment of visible lights, night vision devices and infrared laser pointer / illuminators during tactical and assault operations.  



Duration: 3 Days

Prerequisites:

Active duty or former US military personnel w/ advanced carbine and CQB training; US Law Enforcement (active and retired) w/ SWAT school and advanced carbine training; CAC holding security professionals with extensive carbine, team tactics and CQB training; and individually screened US citizen civilians with extensive carbine, team tactics and CQB training.  All applicants will be individually screened prior to acceptance to the course.  Please submit training resume and ID copies with course registration.
