Brian is a full-time Law Enforcement Sergeant in the CA Bay Are with over 15 years of experience. He has more than 10 years as a SWAT officer and is currently assigned to a five agency regional SWAT team. Brian has been a sniper for the last 6 years and is currently the Sniper Assistant Team Leader. He is a California POST certified firearms instructor for rifle and pistol. Brian is also and armorer with certifications for the Sig Sauer P320 and AR-15 style rifles.
Brian is a professional student who has dedicated himself to enhancing his skillsets to make himself better as well as those around him. He has trained with some of the most knowledgeable and respected instructors/teachers in the tactics and firearms industry and has compiled those experiences into an instruction style of his own.
As an instructor, Brian believes that high end performance, be it professionally, competition oriented, concealed carry based, or as an enthusiast, is derived from the execution of the basics to an efficient and near perfect level. When the focus shifts from the outcome to the process, things begin to flow.
