Carbine CQB Fundamentals is an intensive techniques-based course which will give the armed citizen or professional the searching techniques needed to survive a violent encounter, be it in your home, office or during your daily activities. The techniques are learned through an intensive range session stressing the needed movement and shooting skills. After completion of the range session, students will move to live fire shoot house scenarios which will allow them to practice these needed lifesaving skills. While in the live fire shoot house students will gain knowledge and experience with the use of a carbine in CQB situations as an individual and in two man teams.
Prerequisites:Carbine 1 or similar course from another training provider
M4-M16 pattern 5.56mm carbine or other carbine with ZEROED optics and/or iron sights
Carbine mounted light (required)
Handheld light (required)
4 carbine magazines
Carbine magazine pouches
Handgun mounted light optional but recommended
4 handgun magazines or speed loaders
Handgun magazine pouches
Plate Carrier with armor (optional but recommended)
Basllistic Helmet (optional but recommended)
Round count:300-500 (carbine), 100 (handgun)
